1. Agreement to These Terms These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EasyChat at easychat.it.com. By creating an account, clicking to accept, accessing the site, or using EasyChat, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EasyChat. 2. Eligibility EasyChat is only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use EasyChat if you are under 18, banned from the service, or prohibited by law from using the service. You must provide truthful information during sign-up and age-gate steps. EasyChat may suspend or terminate access if it believes information you provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or violates these Terms. 3. Account Registration and Security • You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. • You must promptly notify EasyChat at support@easychat.it.com if you believe your account has been compromised. • EasyChat may require email verification, age-gate confirmations, or additional checks before allowing access to some or all features. 4. Service Description EasyChat is an adults-only online communications platform that offers random text chat, random video chat, and related features. EasyChat may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time. EasyChat currently offers a launch promotion for eligible early joiners under which premium access is included at no charge for one year from the date it is granted. EasyChat may end the promotion for future users at any time. Promotional premium access already granted remains subject to its stated term, these Terms, and any suspension or termination rights described here. 5. No Guarantee of Availability or Matching EasyChat does not guarantee that you will be matched with any user, that any feature will always be available, that video or text sessions will connect successfully, or that the service will operate without interruption, latency, moderation action, error, or downtime. 6. User Conduct Rules You may use EasyChat only in compliance with law and these Terms. You may not, and may not attempt to, do any of the following: • Use EasyChat if you are under 18. • Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, intimidate, extort, or impersonate any person. • Post, transmit, solicit, or display unlawful, abusive, hateful, violent, obscene, exploitative, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content. • Engage in child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, or any comparable conduct. Such conduct is strictly prohibited. • Spam, advertise without authorization, scrape, crawl, automate access, or use bots, scripts, or other abusive technical methods. • Share malware, interfere with networks, evade bans, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service. • Use EasyChat to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of EasyChat or a third party. • Record, capture, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit communications or other users' content without permission and without complying with law. • Use EasyChat for escorting, prostitution, sexual services, or other unlawful commercial sexual activity. EasyChat may investigate and take any action it considers appropriate in response to suspected violations, including content removal, warnings, access restrictions, suspension, account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to authorities. 7. Safety and Assumption of Risk You understand that EasyChat connects you with other users and that user behavior can be offensive, inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful. Your interactions with other users are at your own risk. EasyChat is not responsible for the conduct of users. Use caution, do not share sensitive personal or financial information, and stop any interaction that feels unsafe. 8. Reports, Moderation, and Enforcement EasyChat may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts. EasyChat may rely on automated tools, human review, user reports, device or network signals, and internal rules to enforce these Terms. Enforcement decisions may be made with or without prior notice where EasyChat determines that action is appropriate. 9. Payments, Promotional Access, and Future Paid Features As of the effective date of these Terms, eligible early joiners may receive one year of premium access at no charge under EasyChat's launch promotion. This promotional access is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be revoked or suspended if obtained through fraud, abuse, chargeback-related misconduct, policy evasion, or violation of these Terms. If EasyChat later offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, or upgrades, those offerings may be governed by additional pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms presented at the time of purchase. 10. Intellectual Property EasyChat and its associated software, designs, trademarks, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and service content are owned by EasyChat or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You retain rights you may have in content you lawfully submit, but you grant EasyChat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, store, process, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, enforce, improve, and support the service. 11. Third-Party Services EasyChat may rely on third-party hosting, communications, authentication, moderation, analytics, infrastructure, or other service providers. EasyChat is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content that it does not control. 12. Disclaimers EASYCHAT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. EASYCHAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. EasyChat does not guarantee that the service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for your purposes, or free from harmful components. 13. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYCHAT AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO EASYCHAT OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EASYCHAT AND ITS RELATED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EASYCHAT, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 14. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyChat and its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of EasyChat, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. 15. Termination You may stop using EasyChat at any time. EasyChat may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if EasyChat believes you violated these Terms, created risk, harmed users, exposed EasyChat to legal or reputational risk, or if EasyChat decides to discontinue all or part of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute venue, and interpretation. 16. Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to EasyChat or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. 17. Electronic Communications and Contracting You agree that EasyChat may provide notices, disclosures, records, and other communications electronically and that your electronic acceptance of these Terms and related records has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. 18. Changes to These Terms EasyChat may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
